Maestro Rossini in the kitchen – Grand Ball Ottocentesco

Saturday 21 October, within the event Maestro Rossini in the kitchen, organized by the Academy of the Nocturnes, the Società di Danza Bolognese achieved a Grand Ball Ottocentesco, followed by a concert by the Trio Sensibilia. During the concert, the audience could enjoy some wine tasting and after dinner was served at the Taverna Tamburini, all based on Rossini's specialties.

Wine tasting during the concert:
1) Pinzimonio with truffle
2) Rossini salad
3) Ham roll, ricotta, figs and sultanas

Food is served in Taverna Tamburini:
Crescenta anchovy
omelette with "truffola"

Chickpea, bacon and saffron
Tagliatelle "bolognesa" with gorgonzola and asparagus

Turkey stuffed Rossini
Red Cabbage, garlic, oil and chilli

Pineapple Cherry al

Sweet warm with chocolate sauce with truffle

Coffee and bitters
Pignoletto, Sangiovese
Mineral water

Saturday 17 March, su gentile richiesta dell'Academy of the Nocturnes, la Società di Danza Bolognese è stata lieta di ripetere l'evento. Il Gran Ballo, il concerto a cura del Trio Sensibilia e le ottime degustazioni si sono succedute intrattenendo fino a sera il pubblico presente. Al termine è stata servita un'abbondante e squisita cena, a base di specialità bolognesi, nei caldi ed accoglienti locali della Taverna Tamburini.
