Grand Ball Casino of San Pellegrino Terme

Sunday 4 September a large group of Società di Danza Bolognese has had the pleasure of attending the grand romantic dance dance society organized by the Club Bergamo. This year the dance was held in the beautiful rooms of theCasino of San Pellegrino Terme. It 'was a wonderful feeling to find many friends from many cities in Italy and you can dance in a place of uncommon beauty. The dancers could also visit the newly restored little theatre.

The Casino di San Pellegrino was inaugurated in 1907 and is one of the highest expressions of Art Nouveau in Lombardy. In the vestibule they rise eight columns in red Verona marble leading to the monumental staircase with many artistic treasures as mosaics, balustrades, door, statue, chandeliers, allegorical marble and stained glass. On the ceiling panels depicting the twelve zodiac signs. On the first floor is the "Party Hall" with multicolored and artistic glass chandeliers.
