Great Ball of Dawn 2017 – Forlì
Sunday 18 November at Palazzo Albicini, the clubhouse of the Art, the Società di Danza di Romagna club has this year organized the Grand Ball of Dawn, attended by numerous Associates bolognesi. The dance takes its name from the fresco of Charles Cignani depicting the Aurora present in the ballroom. For nearly three hours, richly frescoed rooms in the many dancers had fun taking turns in Waltz, mazurke, quadrilles, country dances and marches. Maestro Rossini in the kitchen – Grand Ball Ottocentesco
Saturday 21 October, within the event Maestro Rossini in the kitchen, organized by the Academy of the Nocturnes, the Società di Danza Bolognese achieved a Grand Ball Ottocentesco, followed by a concert by the Trio Sensibilia. Estate 2017 – Scottish Country Dances outdoors
A summer full of Scottish dancing – Friday 14 July, as part of the Carmine Festa 2017 which is held annually in the town of Crevalcore, the Società di Danza Bolognese was invited to animate the Scottish evening.
