XXIV Seminar Pasquale of the Dance Company

During the Easter weekend from 25 to the 28 March 2016 It took place in Tabiano Terme (PR) the 24th Easter SeminarSocietà di Danza, which was attended by over 150 Dancers from all over Italy and abroad, including some members of the Società di Danza Bolognese.

Easter seminar plays a very important role in the associative life of Società di Danza. During the Stage they are presented and dancers rehearse new, those who come into the repertoire in subsequent years. It is therefore a laboratory that allows all, each at their own level, to enjoy the charm of new choreographies. An intensive laboratory, in which the dance wraps full, It fills all day long, allowing a maturing technical unthinkable to class. It is a way to forge relationships through dance; in the sweat of the many hours of lessons as the conviviality of the table shared, We have an important moment in our community life. Another element that adds to the experience of the Stage Pasquale is having multiple teachers. This is a way for students to get in touch with the different ways of teaching and with the different personalities. Attending the activity of a single circle, then the teaching of one teacher, one is led to believe that the teaching model and teaching is unique, that is one known and experienced. Easter Stage also serves to allow awareness of diversity of style and method, the different approach to teaching the teachers. In this diversity lives the wealth of associations.

This year we had the pleasure of having among the teachers of the seminary teacher John Wilkinson of RSCDS of Edinburgh.
