Great Ball of the Rose of the Decennial

decennial 2008 - 2018. On a cool spring Sunday, Sunday 15 April at the Salone d'Onore of Palazzo Grassi, Home of the Officers of Bologna, the Società di Danza Bolognese has organized this year, as a pleasant habit, Gran Ballo delle Rose. The name "Grand Ball of Roses" was chosen to recreate an ideal connection with the first Great Dances organized by the Società di Danza between the 1991 and 1993 just in this wonderful hall.

During this edition was celebrated the tenth anniversary of the founding of the Cultural Association Dance Company Bolognese.

For the occasion, we were privileged to have as guests the National President of the Society of Dance Federation, Dr.. Fabio Mollica, which first association founder, and National Coordinator Dr. Simonetta Balsamo.

The large participation of members from all over Italy made the holiday and the anniversary a joyous event.

As usual, the Grand Ball was held in two parts, interspersed with a pleasant moment of refreshment for dancers, during which it was served a hearty breakfast sweet and salty snack.

After the dance was organized a dinner at the table in the restaurant of the Officers' Club.
